Amendments for some Articles of Stamp Duty Law
From Article 50
Stamp duty is due for insurance premiums for the following categories:
1.1% for every premium of life insurance premiums, insurance from diseases or body injuries, or the civil responsibility concerned with it, and also for mandatory insurance premium of any kind.
From Article 51
The Stamp duty due is to be paid equally by the insurer and the life insured.
